Our Mission

The Selah Collective is a healing-centered space created for those who spend their lives holding others; educators, caregivers, parents, and service leaders.

Through trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy and restorative group spaces, The Selah Collective nurtures the inner lives of those called into care and service. It honors reflection, restoration, and relational healing as essential to sustainable, heart-centered service, care, and leadership.

Core Beliefs

Attunement

We honor the wisdom of our bodies, showing up with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Rock Time

We "extend our timeline" and make space for what’s tender; grief, joy, and rest.

Belonging

We believe people thrive when they can bring all parts of themselves into relationship, community, and care.

Relationship

We heal in connection, not isolation. Meaningful relationships create the conditions for growth, repair, and transformation.
